All Hades 2 Weapons and the Best to Use

There are five Hades 2 weapons to unlock at the Silver Pool, each with their own attacks, specials and Omega moves at the cost of a bit of Magic, providing plenty of ways to strike your enemies. Nocturnal weapons can also benefit from Daedalus’ Hammer upgrades and Divine Boons, increasing their power even further, and you can optionally unlock and upgrade Hades 2 aspects for each weapon, which can significantly change how the weapon works. ‘a weapon. Below I’ve ranked the best weapons in Hades 2 and explained how they work and how to unlock them.

Most nocturnal arms are at least perfectly adequate in Hades 2, but a few of them are hard to put back into the Silver Pool because they’re so powerful and fun to use. I’ve ranked the best weapons in Hades 2 below based on my experience using them over multiple runs, facing all kinds of enemies and bosses:

  1. Sister blades: Lim and Oros can do just about everything, but their single target and close range damage is where they really shine. Quick hits stun and wear down regular enemies, the Omega attack is great for burst damage, and the ranged special is useful for applying various curses and effects.
  2. Moonstone Ax and Silver Skull: These weapons are similar in that they deal high damage per attack and have incredibly powerful and long-range Omega Specials, but can be slow to use. The main difference is obviously that the ax is a melee weapon and the silver skull is ranged. Both also have a bit of a learning curve but are very effective in the right hands.
  3. Witch’s staff: Melinoe’s starting weapons are a solid, easy to use option, but it’s a bit of a master of none weapon. Its standard attacks have good range but are much weaker than Sister Blades, and Omega Moves deal significant damage in a wider area, but not as well as the Ax or Skull.
  4. Umbral Flames: Unfortunately, flames are by far the worst weapon in Hades 2. They are difficult to use, require near-constant magic, and deal underwhelming damage. Even Aspects don’t help much.
